We’ve been welcoming Apprentices to our production facility in the South West since the 70s, and many of the incredible people we still house at SEA started their career journeys through the programme.
We pride ourselves in providing learning opportunities at every stage in your career and upskilling our people to fulfil their personal and professional aspirations. With that in mind, we are looking to welcome four new Apprentices to our production team this coming Autumn:

➡️ Level 3 Electro / Mechanical Engineering
➡️ Level 4 Electrical / Electronic Engineering
