Diane has demonstrated exceptional determination and expertise in leading SEA Canada’s Repair and Overhaul (R&O) activities, managing the complex challenge of sustaining numerous obsolescent systems. She skillfully bridges the gap between multiple original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and end users across both the maritime and land domains, ensuring effective coordination and strong relationships across all stakeholders.
As Canada’s defence sector advances toward a new era of modernised capability across all three services, Diane continues to demonstrate unwavering professionalism, diligence and leadership. She has played a key role in guiding the SEA Canada team through the complexities of reactivating long-dormant maintenance lines while ensuring the continued sustainment of essential, but aging, equipment.
Throughout SEA Canada’s evolution from a joint venture to a wholly owned subsidiary of SEA Ltd, Diane has provided invaluable consistency and continuity. Beyond maintaining the stability and performance of the R&O portfolio, she has been instrumental in transferring critical business knowledge, implementing improved processes, and supporting colleagues across the organisation. Her leadership has also been central to onboarding new team members and helping to build the operational foundations required to support the company’s continued growth.
SEA Canada is proud to recognise Diane as a key leader whose contributions have strengthened our organisation while maintaining exceptional delivery to our customers across the defence community. Her commitment, insight and dedication continue to make a meaningful impact on both our team and the customers we serve.
